Podunk is one of my favorite spots but they only serve tea. I have included it in my personal tourist book that I only give close family and friends visiting NYC. The place is a hidden gem and it feels as if no one know about it because it is never crowded but people do they just try to maintain the secret. It is amazing going into this place because the owner takes care of you and makes sure that you get the best experience tea can offer. She does not take any tips so don't even try. She cooks fresh and scones come out as you are ready to try some other delectable.
